Tayside Police held the above roadshow in August this year. This month saw the project get mobile in the form of a Licensing Roadshow. The FOAA Roadshow was organised by Tayside Police with the theme ìWorking Together For a Safe Night Out in Angusî. The event outlined local issues resulting from alcohol misuse as well as topics such as the aims of Focus on Alcohol Angus, the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, Responsible Traders Scheme, Young Scot Proof of Age Standard Scheme (PASS), Polycarbonate tumblers and the Pub Watch initiative. The next event is on December 4th at the Reid Hall in Forfar to which the remainder of licensed traders across Angus will be invited.
