I heard that home detox is possible and im wondering if after the home detox would it be possible to also get a period as an in patient to help stay alcohol free

Dear Margo, thanks for getting in touch. The Tayside Alcohol Problem Service (TAPS) offers a variety of support services including a residential treatment programme, support with home detoxification and relapse prevention training.
The residential treatment programme helps people to explore and understand issues that influence their alcohol use and how to deal with these in the future. Treatment can include group based therapy and individual counselling.
