Hi guys hope you can help me. I have a friend who never goes to work on a Monday cos she always has a hangover..what should I say to her?

Hi Ali, Thanks for your question. Alcohol can cause and range of problems, including dificulties within the working environment such as lateness and absenteeism as well as safety concerns.
It sounds as though maybe your friends weekend drinking is starting to affect her working week and that you are worried about her alcohol consumption and the impact this may have on her job. You might want to share these concerns with your friend, although this can be difficult if he/ she doesn't feel that this is a problem. It may be that the employer has already expressed concern about this pattern of sickness.
